Lead by the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) a letter was sent to the U.S. Department of Treasury and Small Business Administration urging for clarification that small businesses with equity investors will not be excluded from the 7(a) loan program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
